Project HUSAY- Harmonizing activities to Upgrade Students’ Achievement and

Yield desired MPS

This quarterly monitoring and evaluation seeks to measure the extent as to which
your project produces the desired outcomes. Your positive response towards
administering such a process, will greatly help in successfully determining the relevance,
efficiency, and effectiveness of all the existing teaching-and-learning-related projects in
our school. The data collected will be analyzed and then shared with you as a guide for
future planning and implementation advancement of your learning program.

Summary of Activities: (Please provide description of the activity/ies)

For grade 7, activities are as follows: In Computer Systems Servicing course,


different activities were administered to students. These are e-games based
approach through car racing, picture parade, video presentation, and return
demonstration on utilization of CSS tools as part of performance-based activity.
Inquiry based approach were also done to enhance the higher order thinking skills
of students.

For grade 8, activities are as follows: In Technical Drafting Course , activities were
crafted/created by the teachers to deepen the understanding of the students to
the course offered. Creating/Illustrating different view of an object,Create
technical drawings from sketches, game based learning Help E-line Monster,I-
doodle mo,I want to be an architect/engineer,Create isometric drawings,ppt
presentation and video presentation as a part of the Performance Output of the
students. Constructivist approach was implemented in the teaching learning
process.

For grade 9-Food and Beverage Services, the provided activities can help improve
students' achievement in food and beverage services. These include simulated
restaurant experience, menu planning and design, food and wine pairing, table
setting and decoration, customer service training, food safety and sanitation
education, and industry field trips. These activities will enhance students'
knowledge and skills in the industry and contribute to their success.
For grade 9-Macrame/Basketry,

The activities for Grade 10: In Front Office Services, activities were developed by
the teachers in order to aid students to better comprehend the subject being
taught. By utilizing a variety of instructional techniques, including sketching
themselves as a future front office service provider,problem-solving activities,
situation analysis, and actual night auditing the students were able to hit the
targeted goals. The teaching and learning process used a collaborative and
essentialism approach.

For Grade 10- Fashion Accessories and Paper Crafts, students were exposed in
varied activities that will develop their skills in creating a marketable output.
These activities include familiarizing with the basic techniques like doing the basic
folds and use such folds in creating simple output, discovering some level up folds
through watching video tutorials, online research on some projects and it’s step
by step procedures that will guide them to create profitable output.

Accomplishments in general:
Administering Remediation activities for the learners who needs improvement
and Intervention Activities for those learners who needs to deepen their
understanding on the courses offered.

Weekly Evaluation through Quizzes, Long Test and Performance Task/Hands-on


Activities (All of the Grade level in TLE conduct these three assessments method
ensuring 100% of the learning objectives were attained in each week.)

Summative test (Before the Periodic test, A summative Test was conducted by
each grade-level as a review)
