Note: Do not eat a lot of avocados as it may contribute more to weight gain. Use, brown rice,
chick peas more often than others (while avoiding wheat and wheat products) .In case you miss
any specific vegetable recipe or grains/cereals as per meal plan, kindly rely on what is available
as much as possible.

Choose from a variety the types of beans for your meals, do not depend only on a few. There
are many types out there!
Eat breakfast well (do not skip), the second meal should be lighter, and supper can be skipped
or simply drink the herbal teas unless otherwise very hungry!
Keep on varying the types of foods similar to or classified as the ones in the meal plan but
strictly whole plant-based. Do not eat the same articles of food every day. Be adventurous.
Include 7 almond nuts or walnuts in your meal (almonds may be used for breakfast, walnut for
dinner or vice versa). They have to be eaten raw, chewed properly to enhance stability of the
brain

Vegetable Salad (Kachumbari)


1 carrot
1 onion or ½ (medium sized)
3 cloves of garlic (kitunguu saumu)
¼ to ½ size beetroot (grated)
1 or ½ green or yellow or red pepper (pilipili Hoho)
¼ piece of cucumber
1 tomatoes
Dressing the Salad:
2 teaspoons of chia seeds interchanging with sesame seeds
½ or ¼ avocado
1 Tbsp. of grounded flaxseeds (take within 15 minutes of grinding in order to have serotonin)
1 lemon squeeze
2 teaspoons olive oil or coconut oil or Flaxseed oil.

Rely on what is easily affordable and available, as natural as you can get.
Mix thoroughly and eat always before the cooked food.
Use what is available but never skip the salad because one or two or more the ingredients
stated above are missing.
Kindly observe that the vegetable salad IS NOT TO BE COOKED. It is served raw and fresh, eaten
FIRST before serving the cooked food.
NOTICE:
Do not drink water while eating. To avoid being thirsty at meal time, you may drink water 30
minutes before meals or 1 hour 30 minutes after meal. Always drink warm water that was
boiled before. Do not use artificial water treatment methods to treat your drinking water.
Generally drink water away from mealtimes to about 10 glasses of water daily.
Should the second meal be taken later than 4.00pm, kindly do not serve the patient with
supper, skip it, or give Hibiscus drink with honey, or Liver/kidney cleanse.
The patient must take a 20 minute walk after every meal, and can only sleep or lie down 3
hours after meal to avoid indigestion and acidity.
Kindly do not serve the patient any animal food or products, or artificial foods containing sugar
et cetra. Please stick to the foods on the meal plan !
Do not BROWN ONIONS. Put a little water before adding the cooking spice.DO NOT OVERCOOK
vegetables including mboga kienyeji. Basically steam them to avoid losing much nutrients.
Before cooking, all cereals, legumes, seeds and beams must be pre-soaked in cold water for at
least 8 hours (overnight) before boiling them enough to avoid acidity and indigestion.

TREATMENT PROTOCOL
NATURAL MANAGEMENT TO RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
6.00am- Drink plain water (a glass-warm) alongside 2Tablespoonfull of charcoal.Drink another glass of
plain water.

7.00am-Take 1 Tbsp of blood tonic in a glass of water daily for two weeks then Anti-rheumatic for 2
weeks, then colon cleanser for 2 weeks. Finish with herbal anti-infectives.

8.00am- Prepare the vegetable Juice (protocol)

1 med-sized carrots

2 stalks celery

2 cloves garlic

1 small red onion

¼ size cabbage (skunk or regular)

A handful of spinach

¼ beets

Dose: At least a glass (240ml), take in the morning at least and if possible at noon. Make it fresh
at every instance. Swallow 2 tabs of B-complex tabs with the juice or a little unfermented non-sugar
porridge

8:30am- Take breakfast

Carbohydrate: Either Brown rice/quinoa/yams/sweet potato/brown Ugali

Vegetable: (steamed) local veges/steamed broccoli/cauliflower/spinach you got variety to choose.

Protein stew: chick pea/ lentil et cetra (Refer to the meal plan)

Vegetable salad: Include lettuce, 1 green pepper/red or yellow/ sliced onion, 1 tomatoes, 2 clove of
garlic, 1/4 of avocado, grated beet root

Dress with: 2 tsp sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds (use alternately), 1 Tbsps. of grounded flaxseeds or
soaked flaxseeds (use constantly daily within 15 minutes of grounding), 1 juice from a single lemon, chia
seeds 1 tsp or sesame (alternately).Instill 2 tsp. of either olive oil, coconut oil.

Note: This vegetable salad is taken before the cooked food with 1 to 2 tablespoon molasses
(unsulphured blackstrap molasses).Use the multi-nutritive supplement as an a food additive in all your
cooked foods.

Nuts: 8 raw walnuts or almonds.

10.30 am- Drink a glass of warm water with 2 caps of Glucosamine/MSM joint supplement or as directed

12 noon- Repeat a glass of vegetable juice if possible Or take one tablespoon of Liver/Kidney cleanse in a
glass of hot water.

1 pm-Another glass of water with

2:00pm-Take lunch or Dinner

Take as portrayed in the meal plan

4.00pm-A glass of water

6.00pm-Take oats porridge or regular porridge (a glass)

8.00pm-Take 2 tsp of turmeric in honey, lemon and baobab drink. With Evening Primrose oil( 2 caps)

9.00pm-Give 1 tbsp. coconut oil (extra virgin)

9.30pm-Devotion then charcoal & flaxseeds poultice then bedtime.

NOTE: This is a one to two weeks programme subject to changes and modification as appropriate. Kindly

instructions for use. You will need among other things the following for a start:
