Perfect stay
“Location is very near to Haram, better than
hotels in towers as you don't have to wait too
much time for elevators. Only few steps of iconic
places like Albaik, Bin dawood, ... Very nice
breakfast, not crowded, all sta! are very kind
and helpful. Customer service are helping you all
the time. Car parking is NOT available.”

Excellent hotel
“Excellent hotel near to harm the furniture is old
but not bad, wifi is excellent , I didn’t try food so I
didn’t know is it ok or not. Elevators service are
good not crowded, the area around hotel have
many restaurants and super markets”

Very good hotel close to Haram
“- Excellent location: 2 minutes walk from Haram -
Very good & friendly sta! especially the
reception sta! - Good value for money - Room
was small & need some maintenance - TV has no
channels (only advertisement channel)”

Sta! is very friendly, especially at the
reception.
“They gave me extra time to check out, unlike
other hotels, where they push you out by 12 noon,
It was Friday and they allowed check out to be
delayed till after Jumma prayers, like 2 pm. Good
value for Money.”

Umrah trip with family
“Easy access to Haram. No hassles of waiting
long time for lifts. The receptionists were very
amicable and supportive and of course not to
mention the housekeeping sta! too. And I was
pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade given
by the kind sister at the reception, may Allaah
reward them all with good.”

“I stayed in Elaf Kinda for 9 nights and not even a
single day I could get in my room without having
issues with the key card. Every single day I had to
go reception to swipe the key card or to have
new replaced one. Many guests has been having
the similar issue. I've spoken to the hotel
manager in reception, he told me it's not upto
him and he can't do anything on this. Also, this
hotel needs few sta!s who can actually
communicate with guests in English, for example
if I call room service he use to hang up as he
couldn't speak English... Similar issue with the

“I feel obligated to review this place since seems
like this 4star is false advertisement! Customer
service is not existent , they lie and do not speak
English. I am shocked to see ppl behaving this
way steps from the house of Allah! Rusty, super
old furniture, TINY bathroom ( no room to put
your stu!) , water runs on the floor of the
bathroom , shower does not work, so be
prepared to shower under the tap! 3 beds in one
tiny room dark, claustrophobic and lighting did
not work or were too dim. No space to pray
Salah, awful menu! Rude and unhelpful manager

Comfortable stay
“Hotel is close to Haram and its just beginning of
Ibrahim khalil road. Nice 5 stars hotel with
excellent customer service. Sta!s are very
friendly. Since I visited during pandemic, hotel
took every precautionary measurement for
customers. Rooms are neat & clean.”

Wonderful Stay
“My 2nd stay at Elaf Kinda Excellent
customer service, secured, clean, tidy hotel with
strong wifi connection in all rooms, bu!et made a
lot of choices and food was very fresh, would
definitely recommend this 5 stars hotel ! Distance
is too close to haram the building is considered
one of the clock tower hotels. Worth every riyal ! ”
