TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The payment has to be made on a 60% - 40%
basis.
• You need to pay 60% while booking and 40% right
after the event. (Please note that the
pictures will be given and event work will only be
started after the remaining 40% of the
payment is cleared.
• We accept ONLINE payments only.
• We require 30–40 days for the completion of the
work, and this starts after the payment is
cleared and all songs are provided by the client for
their video.
• All songs for their video should be selected by the
client themselves.
• There will be only one-time changes to their video,
and all the required changes should be made
once.
• No changes in song once given by the client and
after the video editing has started.
• Photo selection for editing and for an album
should be done by the client itself.
• The length of the video highly depends on the
content received on the event day.
• Please don’t delay in clearing the payment,
selecting songs, and selecting pictures. Delaying
this will delay your work as there will be other
projects on line.

• There will be two different slots per day.

• DAY SLOT: 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. until 4 p.m.
• EVENING SLOT: 5.30 p.m. to 11 p.m. until 11.30
p.m.
• Please note that extending the time will cost extra,
which will be charged in the end.
• If any event is held in a hall, the team won’t be able
to come home for house shots after the
event.
• All location details should be given one day prior
to the event strictly to avoid any hassle in the
end.
• Only one pen drive will be given, on which all the
final output and raw images will be stored.
• In traditional videos, the footage will be more of
the side (groom or bride), depending on which
side it is shot from. For example, if a traditional
video is shot of the groom's side, there will be
more shots of the groom's side as there will be a lot
of footage captured on it. Remaining brideside
footage will be added from candid shots.
• Please go through the meaning of Candid
Cinematography and Traditional Videography in the
package to get a better understanding of them.
• Please provide us good amount of time to capture
the best shots and make your wedding
memorable.
