Clearance for 2023/2024 Academic Year

We welcome you back to campus and believe you are settling into the new academic year. We would
like to bring to your attention an important matter concerning your clearance for the current academic
year.

Our records indicate that you are yet to complete the mandatory clearance process, and we would like
to remind you of its significance.

Please note that failure to complete the clearance process before 15 November 2023 will result in the
following:

1. Suspension of access to all Lancaster student services.

2. Inability to progress to the next level for this academic year.
3. Deferral of studies for this academic year.

Kindly note that you will be permitted to resume your studies next year only after settlement of all
outstanding tuition fees due the University.

This process is essential to ensure the seamless continuation of your academic journey and
unrestricted access to the university’s resources. Management is concerned and finds this situation
unfortunate considering the efforts you have made from the start of your studies. We encourage you to
make payment immediately and to take advantage of the existing exchange rate prior to the revision to
Ghs11.50/USD effective 08 November 2023.

action in completing your clearance and payment is obligatory.
