Below mentioned are the steps to enrol for Corporate Internship Program in Mauritius (Physical Internships) for
anytime in Summer/Winter as per the college timeline requirements to undertake internship:

• Step 1 Application form - The applicant must fill Application form - Clicking here with all required details (for
preference of 2 fields of interest for example Finance/Marketing/Law/human resource/environment and
sustainability, etc.) and attach their CV in the application form. In-case of not being able to attach with the form
applicant can also email their CV on charan@paxedutainment.com (Application form link -

Please ensure your CV is updated with all internship and work experiences details, courses undertaken, skillsets
and vaccination status mentioned (Vaccinated with first dose with tentative month of second
vaccine/completely vaccinated/not vaccinated) – Internships are only available for 18 years and above adults

• Step 2 Screening Process - Within 4 days of sending the application form the applicant will undergo a
screening process of 15-20 minutes. The screening interview will be over a zoom call

• Step 3 Selection Letter - The selected applicants will be emailed with a letter of selection over email and
physical letters will be sent to the college administration by courier, if required

• Step 4 Initial Payment for PAX to begin the process - After receiving the selection letter over email, applicants
will be required to make the initial payment of Rs. 29,000 for PAX to provide the company a trainee will be
interning in.

The payment mode can be an NEFT/RTGS/cheque (in-case of cheque payment, applicant will themselves have to
go to the bank and deposit the same, team PAX will guide with the details to enter in the deposit slip at bank).

Refund Details Note – Once an applicant enrols making a payment of Rs. 29,000 if later decides to back out after
paying the enrolment fee and before receiving the company confirmation letter, the applicant will be entitled to
receiving a refund of Rs. 10,000. If an applicant backs out after receiving the company confirmation letter of
internship PAX holds the rights to not refund the entire amount of Rs. 29,000

International Commercial Flights Ban from Centre Note - In-case of rising covid cases in India, or international
travel restrictions/ban on commercial international flights by the Centre in the months of October 2023
onwards, after enrolling for Corporate Internship in Mauritius, the applicant in this case can reschedule for the
program anytime for or before July 2025 (as per the ease of situation).

• Step 5 Confirmation Letter of Internship - Within 8 weeks from the date an applicant has enrolled for the
program by completing Step 4, the applicant shall be sent a company confirmation letter mentioning the
company name the applicant has been selected to intern in

• Step 6 Making the remaining payment - Within 3 days from the date of receiving confirmation letter, an
applicant has to make the remaining payment (total remaining program fee as per the duration of internship)
for PAX to do the necessary proceedings for VISA formalities, booking of accommodation, transportation and
other formalities.

Please Note: For Internships in Mauritius, an applicant is required to book their own flights (flight cost is not
included in the program fee), hence the applicant will be required to book the tickets for the dates suggested
by Team PAX post the remaining payment is processed from the applicant’s end. Team PAX will guide you with
bookings, will coordinate with students to ensure maximum students are on the same/similar flights, but the
flight booking cost and bookings have to be done by the students.

The accommodation cost mentioned in the brochure is double occupancy, which means 2 students in 1 room
and they will be sharing the bathroom, The stay is comfortable, however the student should know that the
room will be shared. If a student wishes to have a single room to themselves without sharing, they are required
to pay an additional amount for a single occupancy room with a private bathroom, as the cost mentioned for 4
week internship stay is on double occupancy basis on the brochure. You may check the amount as per your
duration from Team PAX separately.

The food served by team PAX is pure vegetarian in nature, we serve with only vegetarian food (eggs are also
not served). Food is provided only Monday-Friday, for Saturdays and Sundays the applicant has to manage
their own food by eating out or cooking at home.

The payment will be made in the same format of an NEFT/RTGS. In-case of any additional queries, please reach
