C Lessee scope/ Lessor exclusions


Office internal improvement above and below mezzanine, which includes gypsum partition, screed, flooring, false ceiling,
1 firefighting system, HVAC, electrical distribution & lighting fixture, pantry & toilet for staff, staircase finishes and
enclosures etc.
2 D.G. set & its associated panel, DG Platform, DG cabling earthing & DG commissioning.
Power distribution to lessee’s equipment, which shall include but not limited to electrical panels, cables, earthing’s, utility
