FRUIT PARFAIT REGIONAL FILIPINO FUSION

GUIDELINES

1. Recipe should be submitted by the participant to the Faculty-in-charge by

tomorrow (Tuesday, May 17 until 12:00NN only) prior to the competition
stating the ingredients, quantity (in metric form) and method of cooking or
preparation. Recipe should be good for 1 serving only.

2. Create a Filipino Version of Fruit Parfait with fusion. For example:

Guimaras Mango and Iloilo Biscocho Parfait

3. All ingredients are to be provided by the participants.

4. Mise en place is pre-prepared BEFORE recording the video.

5. Participant should wear Chefs uniform or any wholesome attire or

costume.

6. Each participant is given a maximum of 6 minutes to record their Parfait

Presentation and Tiktok video. Choose the best and wholesome Tiktok
music / dance craze. Refrain from using any erotic, violent and malicious
music and dance choreography. Participants who will not follow the
instructions will automatically be disqualified.

7. Submission of the video and photo (Finished Product) will be until May 20,
2022 FRIDAY, 5:00 PM ONLY. Video must be in Landscape Format.

8. The participant must provide 1 glass for display.

9. Judges decision will be final and irrevocable.
