Actual Situation/Rationale/Background/Problems Encountered:

The Philippines is currently experiencing an economic slowdown. As a result, less and less
people are able to afford going to salons and parlors; style their hair, get their makeup done,
or receive other beauty treatments. More and more people are opting to do self-care and
beauty-related treatments at home. The general populations rise in interest and
understanding of treatments will stand out in our industry by providing high quality and
transparent products to earn each individuals trust and interested in our skin and hair care
products and services.

Consumer trends are constantly changing, and the beauty and salon industry is no
exception. What is popular today may not be popular tomorrow. Staying up to date with
trends will be a big focus of this company. We will achieve this by attending industry events,
reading trade publications, and following social media influencers.

Most customers go out of salons unsatisfied with their transformations due to the lack of
communication with the stylist or a mismatch between the stylist's specialty and the
customer's vision. We put an emphasis on our employees' skills in consultation and
customization.
