Thank you for expressing interest in our flagship software POS Standalone.

As requested, please find below quote for the POS Standalone. Full details of the various modules being
included have been outlined below. We have quoted system for Standalone. You can adjust these
requirements upon your needs or as needed.

Specifications for the requirements have been outlined for systems purposes though.

Standard Terms 100% Advance with LPO.

Please note that any additional licenses exceeding the requirements above will be billed at the indicated
rates.

Annual Support will be 25 % of the total Software Cost. This is only for remote support ether through
TeamViewer or VPN access. Onsite visit transportation and staying cost will be covered by the client. The support is
for our Software as specified above for the period of 12 months from date of execution.

Product Training and guidance will be provided to your Staff prior to installation for period of 1 -2 weeks at
your Offices as required, to ensure smooth operations.

Special Notes:

The following hardware/OS/Server Systems will be required, which the Client is to supply:

b) All Clients running on Windows XPSP3 or higher. Min RAM 1GB, Dual Core 2.4, 15", 1024x768,
80GB HD, Networked.

c) All Warehouses and Branches to be on Site-Site VPN or LAN at reasonable bandwidth (min
1MBPS).

d) Dialup VPN Access for Aspire to provide remote support.

e) You will need Document Scanners to achieve PaperClip technology which we shall be bundling with
the ERP.

f) We do not customize the Software. Client is strongly advised to review the Software to ensure it is fit
for their company’s needs as it is.
