I’m (Kizzielyn) reporter no and this is (BBC

News). Today, I’ll bring you the latest news of the suspension of classes due to
weather conditions. Im here now at Antique National School to hear the different
reactions of students due to the unexpected suspension of classes.

Reporter :Today I am with one of the students from grade 10 ste who experienced
the suspension of the classes. Can you tell me your reaction?

Student 1: Most students are happy, including me. But it also has some
downsides since every time there’s a suspension of classes, there’s a high
possibility we’ll be behind our lessons and will have no choice but to skip some
topics in some quarters, which is not good for the student’s learning.

Reporter :Does suspending classes have an advantage?

Student 1: I think suspension of classes has advantages and disadvantages. It can

be ethical in a way that students can take a rest from all of the schoolwork that
they’re dealing with, spend time doing the things that they enjoy, and have their
me time. On the other hand, suspension of classes

Reporter :Our next interviewee is kurt from grade 8 ste. Can you share your
thoughts and reactions about the suspension of classes?

Student 2:I was suddenly sad and disappointed because I reviewed last night
because we will have an exam and reporting next day, but it didn’t go through
because of the suspension of the classes.But beside that, it’s good because we
can’t predict the weather, which may cause danger to students. Safety should be
the top priority. It’s better that we’re safe.
Reporter : Does suspending classes have a positive effect?

Student 2: In my opinion, yes, because you can do your assignments or projects

that have not yet been completed, you can also study, and you can bond with
your family at home.

Reporter : This is our last interviewee. Can you share your reaction about the
suspension of classes?

Student 3: I was happy when I found out that the class was suspended because of
the bad weather, I could relax at home and watch my favorite show without
having a homework to answer.

and thoughts on the suspension of classes due to bad weather. As we have heard,
their reactions are different; some are happy and others are sad, but always
remember that safety is a priority.
