Introduction to Law (LLB-115)
Learning Objective
This will be the first course that will introduce the newly enrolled students about the
basics of law including the definition, scope and meaning. Students will be introduced
about the sources of law i.e the formal and informal sources of law. The course will also
contain an introduction about the legislating bodies like the parliament and the provincial
assemblies. An introduction to the legal system is also part of the course which will help

Legal system of Pakistan & AJK (LLB-124)
This course aims to give students a good knowledge of the Pakistani Legal System. It covers the
historical background of the legal system, the role of the legislature and the court system in
Pakistan. The composition and functions of the Parliament and the Provincial assemblies, the
judicial system of Pakistan including the court structure and the judicial process. Concepts such as
statutory interpretation and judicial precedent are covered together with Civil and Criminal
processes.

This is an introductory course as prepared by the NCRC of HEC. The main aim of this course is to
familiarize students with history, main concepts, methods, and theoretical frameworks in
psychology. The course will help students appreciate the human nature and its related concepts,
thereby will gain insight into human behavior and human relationships.
After successful completion of this course the students will be able to: Have a grasp over basic
concepts and theoretical perspectives explaining human behavior. They will be able to appreciate
the complexity of human behavior and relationships. They will be able to understand Psychology

This is the first of the two courses that are designed especially for the students of Mohi-
ud-Din Islamic University. They courses are offered to ensure that the students are
equipped and well informed about the basic knowledge about Islam. This course is
divided into two parts. The first part will provide opportunity to discuss the basic

This is the second of the two courses especially designed for the students of Moh-ud-Din
Islamic University. The basic purpose of this course is to shape up the personality of
students. The students will be provided with role models in the form of personality of
Holy Prophet (SAW) and the personalities of Suffia-e-Kiram. The first portion will
discuss the life, personality and teaching of the Holy Prophet (SAW) as a role model. The
portion covers the Madani Era of Holy Prophet (SAW), battle of Badar, Ouha’d and
Khandak, Charter of Madina, Conquest of Makkah, battle of Hunnain and Tai’f.
Special reference will be given to the last hajj and sermon of Prophet (SAW) at the time of
last Hajj, and the teaching about ethics, character and social behavior given in that last
sermon. The discussion about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its
comparison with the last sermon will also form part of the course. In the second portion of
the course teaching of Suffia-e-Karam. There life will be presented as a role model. The

Learning Objectives:
The course is designed to give a comprehensive insight about the constitutional developments of
Pakistan. Starting from the Government of India Act, 1935 till to date, all important events leading
