Apropos to above, a copy of RDSO letter vide under reference in connection with
LHB wheel disc crack cases of 2nos in rim of M/s DSP/SAIL make (Heat/Batch No. 17/345)
is enclosed herewith for information.

Further, RDSO has provided Google sheet link given below related to Zonal Railway
wise details of wheel discs with heat no 17/345.

Even though the coaches fitted with wheel discs of M/s DSP/SAIL make
(Heat/Batch No. 17/345) mentioned in the above Google sheet link not pertaining to
SR, Shops and Divisions are requested to launch a special drive to identify all wheel
discs with Batch/heat No. 17/345 of M/s DSP/SAIL make and immediately withdraw
from service as a safety measure and the same can be updated in above mentioned
Google sheet at the earliest in case the coaches identified in the Google sheet have
been inadvertently received in our holding and in service in our trains.
