▶ 출입은 어떻게 하나요?

▶ How do I get in and out?
-. 2차 생활관 주 출입구, 각 동 출입구는 학생증으로 출입이 가능하며, 호실은 전용 호실카드로 출입 가능합니다.
-. You can use the main entrance and the building gate with your Student card.
Also, access to the room in only possible with a exclusive room card.

▶ 호실 타입은 어떤 것이 있나요?
▶ What kind of room do you have?
-. 1인실A(15㎡), 1인실B(13㎡), 2인실(22㎡), 장애인실
공지사항에서 "호실 타입 안내"을 검색하여 참고하세요.

▶ 호실 내부에는 어떤 시설물이 있나요?

▶ What kind of thigns are there in the room?
-. 책상(스탠드 포함), 의자, 책꽂이, 옷장, 신발장, 침대(매트리스만 제공)

▶ 입실 시 준비해야 할 개인물품은 무엇인가요?

-. 개인용 침구류(이불, 요, 베개), 세면도구, 개인생활용품, 컴퓨터, 드라이기, 면도기 등.
개인 전열 기구 및 조리 기구는 호실 내 반입 금지입니다.

Heating allpiance and cooking equipmnt is not allowed in room.

▶ 개인 냉장고를 가져갈 수 있나요?

▶ 제공되는 매트리스 사이즈는 무엇인가요?

▶ 우편물, 택배는 어디에서 수령할 수 있나요?

-. 각 동에 위치한 택배보관실에 비치된 택배수령대장에 서명 후 수령 가능합니다. (연중무휴)

▶ 생활관 내에 조리실, 세탁실이 있나요?

▶ 생활관 내에 조리실에는 식기도구가 있나요?

▶ Does the cooking room have utensils?
-. 공용 냉장고, 전자레인지, 전기레인지(인덕션)만 제공되며 개인 식기도구는 지참하셔야 합니다.
-. You have to bring your personal utensils. Only public refrigerators, microwave ovens, and electric lanes are served.

▶ 생활지원센터의 운영 시간은 어떻게 되나요?

▶ When is the Living Service Center’s opening and closing time?
-. 연중무휴로 운영되나, 행정 업무는 평일 9시~18시까지만 제공됩니다.
그 외 호실 카드 수령 및 보안 업무는 연중무휴 제공됩니다. (단, 오전 3시~6시는 법정 휴게 시간으로 응대가 어렵습니다.)
-. We are open 24/7, but administrative work is only available 9~18 on weekdays.
Other security work is always available. (However, the service is not available from 3 am to 6 am because the legal break time.)

▶ 시설물 이용 시 불편사항 또는 고장이 발생했을 때는 어떻게 하나요?

▶ 생활관 내에 외부인의 출입이 가능한가요?

-. 호실 내부에는 부모님만 출입이 가능합니다.

▶ 각 호실에서 인터넷 사용이 가능한가요?

▶ Can I use the Internet in the room?
-. 책상 아래에 비치된 랜선을 연결하여 이용하실 수 있습니다.
-. You can available the internet in the room for using the lan cable.

▶ 개인 부주의로 시설물이 파손 또는 멸실되었을 때 어떻게 하나요?

▶ What should I do if I accidentally broke of destroyed a facility?
-. 즉시 해당 내용을 생활지원센터로 공유하시기 바랍니다. 확인 후 파손 정도에 따라 수리비용이 청구됩니다.
공지사항에서 "시설변상액"을 검색하여 참고하세요.
-. Report the situation to the Living Service Center immediately. After confirmation, repair costs will be charged according to the damage.

▶ 난방 및 냉방은 어떻게, 언제 이용할 수 있나요?

▶ How/when can I use the heating/cooling system?
-. 2차 학생생활관은 호실마다 개별 보일러가 설치되어 언제나 자유롭게 이용 가능합니다.
냉방의 경우 하절기(5월~9월)에 한하여 호실 내부 에어컨을 이용할 수 있습니다.
공지사항에서 "난방"을 검색하여 참고하세요.
-. Every room has its own boiler, so it’s free to use it at any time.
Cooling system is supplied only during the summer season. (May~September)

▶ 온라인 입실시설점검이 무엇인가요?

▶ What is the “Facility check”?
-. 입실 후 3일 이내에 호실 내부에 있는 시설물에 대한 이상 여부를 확인, 생활관 웹사이트에 자가 제출하는 것입니다.
퇴실 시 해당 내용을 참고하여 시설물을 확인합니다.
-. You can submit “Facility check” to log-in to dormitory site within 3days after move-in. If you do not submit ‘Facility check’.
We may seek redress to you for lost/damaged goods.

▶ 수도광열비는 언제 어떻게 청구되나요?

▶ When/how is the utility bill issued?
-. 매달 사용한 전기, 수도, 가스비를 수도광열비라 총칭하며, 사용한 달의 익월 16일에 청구서가 발행됩니다.
청구서는 개인 메일로 발송되나, 메일에서 확인되지 않을 경우에는 생활관 웹사이트에서 해당 내용을 확인할 수 있습니다.
-. The electricity, water and gas charges are called “Utility amount”.
A bill will be issued on the next month 16 of the month of use.
A bill is sent to your e-mail and if there isn’t anything, you can check it on dormitory site.

▶ 화장실, 샤워실의 배수구가 막혔을 때는 어떻게 하나요?

▶ What do I do when the bathroom or showerroom is clogged?

▶ 쓰레기는 어떻게 버리나요?

▶ How do I dispose the garbage?
-. 일반쓰레기는 각 층에 비치된 쓰레기통에 넣어주시고, 박스류 및 재활용품은 정문 주차장에 있는 쓰레기 집하장에 버려주시기 바랍니다.

▶ 퇴실의 절차는 어떻게 되나요?

-. 퇴실예정일 7일 전 DGIST 생활관팀 내방하여 퇴실신청서 작성→퇴실일 짐 반출, 청소→퇴실시설점검→퇴실 완료

▶ 식사를 할 수 있는 곳은 어디에 있나요?

▶ Is there a restaurant?
-. 2차 생활관에는 1층 로비에 위치한 편의점만 있으며, 1차 생활관에는 편의점과 더큰도시락이 있습니다.
E7에는 학생식당을 비롯한 여러 식당이 있으며 자세한 운영에 대한 부분은 공지사항 게시판에서 '편의시설'을 검색, 참고하시기 바랍니다.
-. The 2nd dormitory has a convenience store in the lobby and the 1st dormitory has a convenience store and a lunch to-go restaurant.
Also, E7 has a cafeteria and various restaurant so please search the bulletin board for "amenities" then refer to it.
