Day four

Introduction

The previous reports had given an overall preview about the preparation of our team in
regards the practical proceedings to be executed for the pursuit of RAYMOND CROZE cable
maintenance day by day until its official completion.

The port environment Campaign agenda aims at creating, and raising awareness amongst
general fishermen parts of the port for minimizing and controlling the fishing traffic that
takes place around the zone of the cable maintenance vessel.

Summary of today’s completed work

The FLO listed part of the fishing skiffs that had been sensitised in the port (Tangier) all of
them were fishing skiffs.

• The FLO today focused on the section of fishing skiffs and did sensitise them and
they accepted his awareness speech.
• About 30 fishing skiffs welcomed the FLO awareness speech, flyers.
• FLO reported that fishermen became fully aware of the cable maintenance operation
and the vessel named RAYMOND CROZE.
• FLO reported that those fishermen are ready to collaborate and respect the
instruction provided.
• Here are some photos of fishermen got informed and sensitised by our FLO using the
method of flyers / postures.
• The other FLO who deals with all that is administrative has reported that the he had
discussed all the possible issues with the concerned local authorities about
RAYMOND CROZE cable maintenance operation. As it is obvious, the port
authorities and our FLO had a meeting to follow all updates concerning the
awareness campaigns and the cable vessel operation process.
• FLO has a professional daily schedule for every single department in the port. That is
all for the sake of safety and good service as promised.

Watch boats update:

The FLO department, FLO, and the watch boats are in good coordination status. The
watch boats crew have a radio channel with their colleagues (fishermen) and the 68-
channel standby with RAYMOND CROZE.
The goal is to make control of your zone from any other floating navigator.
 Conclusion

What is important in our daily awareness campaign, is the good relation ship that we build with all
types of fishermen. Honestly, the good news today are the positive reactions we received from them,
even some have admitted that they feel like they are no more humiliated in such big sea projects and
the way those companies such as yours give them value and make the sensitisation process
something crucial and cannot do without.
