ACTS OF THE CASE:

On October 30, 2023, at 17:04 PST, in Cardona, Philippines, Jules Krisan Tutsmyakam was found dead, victim to a single
gunshot wound to the head. The suspect remains unknown. Initial police response revealed the victim, in his early twenties,
lying near a backpack, suggesting a targeted attack while walking home from work.

FINDINGS:

Detective Webster Silayan, along with Officer Pereira, spearheaded the investigation. Witnesses reported a suspect fleeing
the scene on a motorcycle. Evidence includes a backpack and a spent .45 caliber bullet casing. Detectives reviewed
surveillance footage, and a tip from an anonymous caller led them to a bar where the suspect had been seen.
