SUBJECT Work - At - Home

We are excited to announce a new “Work-At-Home” concept for our IT personnel starting 2 January 2011. As this
concept is new, the following guidelines have been drawn to facilitate the administration and day to day
operations.

i) All employees need to check email daily and respond promptly to those who are trying to contact them

ii) All employees need to call the office twice a week to pick up any telephone messages, and return these call
promptly.

iii) All employees need to provide a monthly report of their activities to the Head of IT Department and a copy to
Human Resource Department

iv) All employees need to transmit any work produce to Mr. Tan in Computer Services who will disseminate their
work accordingly.

This new concept will be evaluated for three (3) months before is is fully implemented. We are truly excited to
see how it will going to run.
