1. A jewellery box that has the shape of a rectangular prism, has a height of 13 cm, a length of 35
cm and a width of 22cm.
Find the volume of the jewellery box?

4. Given that the dimension of a cuboidal shape beam is 10m in length, 60 cm in width and 25 cm

1. A cylindrical water storage tank has an inside base radius of 7m and depth of 11 m. Find the

capacity of the tank in kiloliters (1kl = 1m3).

3. If the capacity of a cylindrical tank is 1848 m3 and the diameter of its base is 14 m, find the depth

of the tank.

Cylinder has only one plane of symmetry that is parallel to and equidistant from the circles, there is
an infinite number of planes of symmetry that are perpendicular to the circles.

Similarly, a cone or a sphere has an infinite number of planes of symmetry.
