Judgment: the matter being heard on june 1, 2023, all facts examined and reviewed, the debtors failure to
appear to we the people, so as to determine their proper status and standing by stating their name and
nationality in, on and for the record, thus having produced no evidence in support of any lawful
occupation of sovereign original indigenous ancient annsesstral land(s) at morocco, al magrib, northwest
amexem, we find all debtors named and summoned guilty in absentia,

In the matter before this court involving moorish american national reginald lee jones bey, who operates
as executor/beneficiary to the Michigan State Agency/Organization styled in capitus diminutio maxima
REGINALD LEE JONES, it is the judgment of this court that due to the severe genocidal nature of
systemic and escalating criminal actions against we the people by collusion of organized colorable
constructs, venues, assumed and presumed authority and jurisdiction, originating from the unlawful
occupation of sovereign original indigenous ancient ancestral lands at morocco, al maghrib, northwest
amexem, that the counterclaim of the empire state ov morocco, the moorish republic national government
for we the people, and the moorish american national above, expressed in the universal commercial code
1 lien is justified and appropriate.

It is adjudicated that a ‘cease and desist order’ from all collection activity pursuing an alleged debt owed
by REGINALD JONES, from all judgment debtors and their affiliates, subsidiaries or contracted entities
is permanently in effect.

It is further ordered that an amount of $6105.00 claimed by the judgment debtors State Farm and Afni
Inc, shall be offset by the lawful commercial lien counterclaim against State Farm & its
subsidiary/contractor Afni Inc from this Article III court default judgment, - the court takes judicial notice
that this lawful heir’s beneficiary interest in our government national trust was invoked and therefore a
tender in lawful money credit from the national trust was presented in equitee and honour for subrogation
satisfaction of claim # 59-31M3-01C. The judgment debter named above, upon receipt of the tender of
payment with a authorized gold trust receipt shall immediately, ledger the credit in accordance with
GAAP and complete Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles form HSMV 74014
(attached), and a copy of executed shall be mailed, emailed or faxed to Reginald Jones or this court. so
ordered this july 13, 2023
