8. Emotional Intelligence in Leadership: Explore the relationship


between emotional intelligence among leaders and its effects on
team dynamics, employee morale, and overall organizational
success.

Dependent Variable:

1. Team Dynamics (measured on a Likert scale from 1-5)

 My team communicates effectively, and there is a strong sense of


collaboration among team members.
 I feel a high level of trust and mutual respect within my team.
 Team members are supportive of each other's ideas and
contributions.

Independent Variables:

Moderator Variable: Organizational Culture

Mediator Variable: Conflict Resolution

Target Audience

University Officials may include top-level administrators, deans, department


heads, and other decision-makers within the university. Their perspective on
leadership and emotional intelligence can be crucial. Faculty members also
play a significant role in the academic environment. Their views on
leadership and how it affects team dynamics and morale can provide
valuable input.
