How to make a Scientific Astrophysics Journal

Are you in high-school or college and need a place to take notes for Astro-physics
classes? Are you an aspiring scientist to study space? Astro-physics is a subcategory of
Astronomy which is the study of the atmosphere and beyond. You can study the different types
of stars and how they form. Learn about Black-holes and infinite singularity. Maybe you can
even find a inhabitable planet for humans when this planet gets unstable and uninhabitable. “But
why am I telling you this,” you may ask. Today, you will learn how to make a scientific
astro-physics notebook. This is important because you will need a neat and organized place to
write down your scientific expressions on quantum theory or other things.

So now that you know what we are doing here is what you need to make it.The very first
thing you will need is the notebook. It should be blank and completely unused. The best
notebooks to use for this would be a graph composition, regular composition or scientific
notebook. The second thing you need is Tape a lot of tape. You should probably use clear tape.
Scotch tape will work very nicely.Lastly, the third thing you need is writing utensils. Must
include, Pencils, Pens, Markers and Highlighters. A few other things you need is a ruler and the
most important thing of all patience and determination. Finally we can begin if you have these
supplies.

Now let’s actually make an astrophysics journal. First you are going to want to choose
your notebook! You are going to need this because, how else are we going to make an
astrophysics notebook? The best ones for this are; graph composition, college ruled composition
and thin ruled composition. The bigger the pages the better and also the more pages the better.
However if you choose a thicker notebook a later step will be harder. Next, you need to sign your
name on the cover. If you don't then someone can claim your notebook and the work in it as
theirs! That would be bad. Now open your notebook and make a table of contents. This should
be neat and organized. Don’t forget to number ALL pages in the notebook in this step. Then use
your ruler to make boxes on the pages towards the edges of the page so that this space is
preserved for equations or models or theories. Now that you are done with the beginning steps
we can get this notebook done so you can start.

Nice! You are halfway there, (heyyyyy living on a prayer) Let's finish up with the
notebook! First, you are going to label the boxes I had you make so that we know what the space
is reserved for. Label them as; Equations, theories, models, estimates, evaluation and testing. Next,

label your name and the subject you are studying on the top of the page. Don’t forget the date on
which you started studying this specific subject! Furthermore, make tape tabs to quickly flip
through the theory sections, the experience sections and the study section. The last thing is fun
but optional and relaxing. Decorate your cover of the notebook! Make sure to have plenty of
space stickers! Once you are done with this you can start studying astrophysics along with your
astrophysics journal!
