Dear Mr. ANKIT KELKAR

With reference to your meeting with ManpowerGroup Services India Pvt. Ltd. (MSPVL), and subsequent interviews
with us based on our Client’s requirement, and the documents, credentials submitted by you, we take pleasure in
offering in our ORGANISATION for deputation to our client M/s Mundra Solar PV Ltd at Mundra, Gujarat Location. You

The outline of the intended employment on FTC basis is as follows: -

Joining Date : 22th September 2023

Designation :Assi.Associate Trainee

Edu. Qualification : HSC

Job Location : Mundra

CTC per month : 14212

In hand Salary (Appx.) :11045 + Benefits as mentioned below

Apart from the above, Client has apprised us to offer on their behalf below mentioned benefits: -

1. Incentive: Up to Rs. 2000/- (As per client Policy)

2. Free Transportation

3. Food Subsidy: Rs. 520/-

4. Medical Policy: 1 Lac Medical Policy

*Note: The above extra benefits apprised by the Client is subject to final confirmation by the Client in mentioned
regard and are subject to various amendments, revision and/or cancelation of all/any of the said benefits, at the
sole discretion of the Client.

Any statutory dues like PF, ESI etc, and the taxes (TDS) as applicable, shall be deducted/paid as per applicable law (as
amended).

Please note that this LOI is issued to you subject to the condition that 1.) the documents (as listed and described
in the Annexure attached herewith) shall be submitted by you to the Company 2.) Subject condition to passing
Medical process (conducted by our client) as mentioned herein above to further enable the company to issue the
Offer Letter to you.

If the documents as stipulated above are not submitted, this LOI shall stand automatically withdrawn, and the Offer
Letter shall not be issued enabling you to take up the employment with ManpowerGroup on FTC basis.

Please sign the duplicate of this LOI and send the same (as your acceptance) to the company within 5 days of the
date of this Letter failing which the Company shall have the right to withdraw this letter as deemed fit.

Self-attested copy of:

 (i) Aadhaar Card containing - Name, DOB (DD/MM/YYYY) & Gender

(ii) 10th/12th Certificate/ Degree/ Birth Certificate issued by appropriate Authority

(iii) PAN Card containing – Name, DOB (DD/MM/YYYY) & Father’s / Spouse Name. Name & DOB
(DD/MM/YYYY) should be same as of Aadhaar

(iv) Name printed cancelled cheque leaf of your bank account OR Bank Passbook copy containing
Full Account Details

(v) Current UAN Number (if already employed) – Should be linked with Aadhaar

(vi) Passport Size Photograph (4 Nos)

Please Note:

1. All the above mentioned documents/detail (including the UAN (if already employed and a member of PF, linked
with Aadhaar) and Aadhar) should be the most updated one and should be completed in all respects.

2. Your persona details (i.e. name, father’s name, date of birth etc.) mentioned in the Aadhar should be similar to
the details mentioned in your PAN Card, 10th certificate, and the cancelled cheque.

3. The Current UAN (if already employed) should be Aadhaar linked.
