Practical Empath Quiz

Give a quick answer to each question, without giving it a whole lot of thought. For this particular
quiz, just a first reaction is best.

Answer YES to mean either sometimes or often.

Answer NO to mean either not really or never or “I have no clue what you’re asking about.
Doesn’t make sense.”

1. Do you feel that you’re picking up fear or pain from other people?

2. When other people in your life are picking up fear and pain, would you like to help them
without taking on their problems?

3. Do you sometimes tend to act the way other people expect you to do?

4. Do you secretly worry about being co-dependent, just because you react so strongly to
people?

5. Anyone can talk to plants. But do you find that sometimes it’s as though plants talk back
to you?

6. Many non-empaths are animal lovers. Contrasting with that, do you ever experience a
different way of thinking or feeling or simply being... while you spend time with a pet?

7. Learning how to repair machines is a skill that is taught in schools. For something
different, though, do you have a different sort of skill with machines. That’s not
something taught by humans, more like a rapport? Where you mysteriously understand
that machine and you know what it needs to work properly.

8. Imagine that your job is to give the same basic sales pitch to every single potential
customer. And you never know in advance about that person, nor can you see that
person’s facial expressions. Is it possible that the words would come out of your mouth
differently, that you’d give different examples, use longer or shorter words than normal,
etc.?

9. Does your body sometimes pick up sensations, physical sensations, while you are talking
with somebody else? This could happen in person or on the phone.

10. When you’re with people, can you sometimes tell if they’re in pain. And, if so, where that
pain is? (And here I’m not asking you about understanding the meaning of words when
Joe says “I have a headache.”) (Nor about noticing pain in Joe’s nonverbal behavior, like
a limp when he walks.)

11. Have you ever held a crystal and felt as though it took you on a little journey in
consciousness?
12. If a friend takes you to a kind of church service you haven’t been to before, do you “get
it” -- even without knowing a thing about the religion?

13. Without asking, can you pay a bit of attention and... notice the quality of another person’s
way of connecting to God? (Or not connecting)

14. Have some friends or people at work told you that you’re exceptionally perceptive?

15. Have you tried one or more other books or resources for empaths, using systems that are
not Empath Empowerment®?

16. Have you read one of my books for empaths, had great results, and want to keep up the
momentum of learning?

17. Have you found it difficult, learning empath skills from one of my books about Empath
Empowerment?

18. Do you want to really live this truth? Being born as an empath is a blessing, not a
curse.
