Before Arrival
Guest are recommended to book online. Admission numbers will be limited to 2,500 people to facilitate the enforcement of
social distancing.
Guests are recommended to bring their own towel. Towels are also available for purchase at retail store should you require
one.
Guests are required to wear a face mask at all times. Remove the face mask when you’re in the water or eating/drinking.
Please note that some experiences and mascot appearances have been suspended to avoid mass gatherings.
On Arrival

Keep 1 meter apart from others.
Practice social distancing with our floor markings and signage throughout the park.
Rides and slides capacity will be limited to ensure adherence to social distancing at all times.
Fitting rooms in retail stores are closed.
Enhanced cleaning measures have been put in place. Please use hand sanitizers located around the waterpark.
Chlorine level tests will be conducted every 2 hours in accordance with Ministry of Health and government standard.
Fun-liners will wear Personal Protective Equipment to protect both guests and employees
