OneAmerica Announces Latest ASPIRE Award Nominees

Associates Receive Nominations For Their Achievements, Leadership, and Executions

INDIANAPOLIS — October 2, 2016 — This past Saturday, OneAmerica released this year’s
highly anticipated list of nominees for their four different ASPIRE Awards.

OneAmerica CEO and President Scott Davison presented the nominees for this year’s ASPIRE
Awards in a ceremony on Saturday night. Now in its second year, the ASPIRE awards were
created to recognize individuals for their outstanding contributions to their communities, through
their dedication, leadership, and philanthropic efforts.

“We are excited to once again get to honor these remarkable nominees for their exceptional work
in our communities and industries over the last year," said Scott Davison, president of
OneAmerica.

Though the ASPIRE Awards are a relatively new concept, the awards are a highly coveted
symbol of success and substantial contribution to society. Those nominated for an ASPIRE
Award are eligible to receive one of four awards—the Distinguished Achievement Award,
Outstanding Leadership Award, Excellence in Execution Award, or the Excellence in Partnership
Award.

This year, in the second annual proceeding of the ASPIRE Awards ceremony, 65 nominees of the
156 nominations, were in contention for the Excellence in Execution Award. The Excellence in
Execution Award is a nomination posed to those who exhibit outstanding execution and
comprehension of their business initiatives. With 65 eligible candidates, the competition for the
Excellence in Execution award is a close race.
Excellence in Execution award nominee, Jaclyn Eubanks, stated that “even being considered for
this award is an incredible achievement. I have so much admiration for my fellow nominees, and
I know whoever wins this award is very deserving of it,”.

The four winners of the 2016 ASPIRE Awards will be announced publicly on Friday, via
OneAmerica’s website (https://www.oneamerica.com/newsroom). OneAmerica President Scott
Davison has announced his plan to continue the awards nominations and ceremonies for years to
come, establishing a new annual event. Employees of OneAmerica have had successful reactions
to the awards, which has established a goal of a nomination, for the company’s many dedicated
