Sub: Compliant against Sri Rama Degree College, Naviri Village, Garugubilli Mandal
- running in other mandal without taking permission - try to shift college from rural
area to urban area.

Respected sir,

As a responsible citizen of India, I am submitting a few lines to your kind

consideration.

1. The Sri Rama Degree College which is running in Parvathipuram city,

Parvathipuram Mandal, Vizianagaram District is actually granted to run in
Naviri Village, Garugubilli Mandal, Vizianagaram District.
2. The college was granted based on notified mandal in 2008-09 by APSCHE for
the welfare of rural students in and around the Garugubilli mandal.
3. As per my knowledge, as a part of foreshore area of Thotapalli project the
village is allotted a place in Parvathipuram Mandal. But as per the records still
the Naviri is part and revenue village of Garugubilli mandal (Please See the link
provided at the bottom of this document). All the revenue activities are being
conducted by the Thahashildar of Garugubilli Mandal not by The Thahashildar
of Parvathipuram Mandal.
4. Past one year back the college is taken over by new management members and
they are now spreading talk and publicly advertizing through pamphlets that the
college is shifting to a new building located near RTC Complex of
Parvathipuram City.
5. They are also using a combined pamphlet with SSS Degree College, Bobbili
and they are using a new name as "SSS Degree College, Parvathipuram branch"
for Sri Rama Degree College which is also a false and cheating of students and
parents.
6. As the college is allotted based on notified mandal and for the welfare of the
rural students in the rural area, now if the college is shifted to Urban area
(Parvathipuram municipality) which is against and good thoughts of the
Government of Andhra Pradesh and APSCHE.
7. If the university and APSCHE gave permission to shift Sri Rama Degree
College from Naviri Village, Garugubilli mandal to parvathipuram city. The
students in and around the Garugubilli mandal will suffer to get higher
 education and it is very difficult to travel from in around of Garugubilli to
Parvathipuram city.
8. As I know the APSCHE is prohibited to shift the colleges from one mandal to
another mandal i.e. Garugubilli to Parvathipuram and also it is prohibited to
shift a college from rural area (Naviri Village) to urban area (Pravathipuram
Municipality)
9. If it happens that Sri Rama Degree College, Naviri is shifted to pravathipuram
city, the colleges which are functioning in Parvathipuram city get trouble to
function properly due to the less output of Intermediate students in and around
the paravathipuram city.
10.I found a show cause notice to the mentioned Sri Rama Degree College for not
taking EoA from APSCHE while I am browsing the portal of APSCHE. This
also gives a bad impression on that college and improper functioning and
negligence of the college. In that portal also the APSCHE use the address of Sri
Rama Degree College, Naviri Village, Garugubilli Mandal. (I attached the copy
of the show cause notice also).
11.This activity will also creates an impact that the higher education is a part of
urban area and the students of rural area feel unhappy and troubles more to get
higher education.

As per the above points please kindly prevent the shifting and unauthorized
functioning of Sri Rama Degree College, Naviri. If no further possible action is taken
by the authorities we will go for justice to the honorable high court magistrate.
