    1 Taaruf Session All members introduce briefly about
    their background and position in the
    respective bureau.
    2 Rohingya Camp Program All members pay attention and jotted
    a) The nature of the program has been down the important notes about the
    explained by the Ex-officios, Abdul Aziz explanation and the information.
    and Wan Nur Hafizah.
    b) Rohingya Camp is a volunteerism based
    program in terms of time, service and
    financial.
    c) The program is expected to be held at
    Pusat Akar Budi, Batu 11.
    d) The program is also expected to be
    conducted on 20th and 21st of April or 21st
    and 22nd of April 2018.
    e) The main idea is to integrate a multi-
    discipline environment which is: 1
    mahallah, 1 kuliyyah and 1 kuliyyah, 1
    school.
    f) Suggestion for each Kuliyyah Based
    Society (KBS) to participate in this
    program was suggested.
    g) Recruitment for (i) Technical and
    (ii) Committee was also suggested.
    h) Educational Talk
