AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP
I, ARISTON LUMPAS JUANICO, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of
Sitio Binakuran, Lambac, Mabitac, Laguna, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the sole surviving heir of Ireneo Juanico and Epifania Lumpas who had
passed away sometime in April 1992 and May 2006, respectively, at Burauen,
Leyte;

2. When my parents passed away, they left behind their respective shares on Lot
No. 10842-Part, said property being more particularly described herein as
follows:

Tax Declaration No. 044-30-0016-005-15

“A parcel of land containing an area of THREE HUNDRED

FIFTEEN (315) square meters, more or less, situated in Brgy.
Candahug, Palo, Leyte, declared in the name of Ireneo Juanico
and Epifania Lumpas, bounded on the:
N.: by Cad. Lot No. 10842-Part S.: by Cad. Lot No. 10843
E.: by Creek W.: by Cad. Lot No. 10842-Part

3. My parents have acquired ownership of the aforementioned property sometime

around 1985 and had since been in possession thereof;

4. I have executed this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
statements, for whatever legal purpose the same may serve.
