1) All equipment supplied by Oleo Fats Incorporated is guaranteed against material & faulty factory
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified elsewhere
in this quotation.

2) Ownership of the equipment covered by this Invoice remains with Oleo Fats Incorporated until it is
fully paid. Prior written consent must be secured from the seller if the equipment is to be removed /
sold / encumbered in any manner or transferred to any location other than the original of installation
or delivery; otherwise, buyer may forfeit payments already made and seller
may effect recovery of the
equipment, with cost.

3) Any legal action arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan or
Trial Court of Quezon City

4) Any expenses arising from this legal action shall be for the account of the customer.

5) For deliveries outside Metro Manila, the customer shall provide the personnel of Oleo Fats Inc.
with transportation, board, and lodging.

The customer shall provide proper storage area at the delivery site complete with protection for (a)
6) weather
conditions, (b) threats to pilferage and/or theft and (c) abuse under or exposure to construction
conditions.

7) Utilities and stub-outs must be complete at the installation site before Oleo Fats personnel moves in
the equipment for installation. Electric receptacles and covers, masonry, plumbing, fuel / gas lines,
electrical installations, and exhaust provisions are NOT part of this proposal unless specified otherwise.

8) Accounts not paid on due date shall carry an interest charge of 2.5% per month. This shall not prejudice
Oleo Fats Inc the rights or remedies under the law.
