AFFIDAVIT

We, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, married to each other, both of legal age, Filipinos and residents of
Xavier Estates, Cagayan de Oro City, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. Our mother, XXXXXX, bought a parcel of land described as Lot No. XXXX portion of Lot XXXXX
located in XXXXXXX, Agusan del Sur.

2. Since she is currently residing in Canada, she asked us to have the documents relative to the said
property registered/declared under XXXXXX name, to which we agreed.

3. Thus, XXXXXXXXX signed all the necessary documents relative to the property, including the
DEED OF SALE.

4. Due to such TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE (TCT) NOXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was issued by the
Registry of Deeds for the Province of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in favor of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX as the registered
owner of the subject property herein.

5. We both declare that the real owner of the subject property is our mother, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, and the that the TCT was registered under XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX name for mere convenience.

6. Moreover, our mother has the sole authority to exercise ownership over the said property; she
may seek our assistance or that of any person she trusts in the exercise thereof.

7. Further, all income or profit arising from the said parcel of land shall solely belong to our mother.

8. In the event, our mother wishes to transfer or sell or lease or dispose the subject property, we
shall execute all the necessary documents and perform all necessary acts to effectuate such transfer, sale or lease
or disposal.

9. We are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose
this may serve.
