AFFIDAVIT

I VISIRMINDA Q. CASTONES, 59 years old, Filipino, married and a

resident of Ligtas Subd. Barangay Cannery Site, Polomolok South
Cotabato.
First after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state that:
1. That I am the FOUNDRES of Bagong Pag-asa Women’s Association and Bagong Pag-asa OFW
Family Circle of Barangay Cannery Site, Polomolok South Cotabato last July 1. 2021.
2. That I organized the two Association in the purpose to help them for livelihood.
3. To avail the livelihood, I accredit the Association Bagong Pag-asa Women’s Association last
October 12,2022, at DOLE, July 19,2016 for the SANGGUNIANG BAYAN and the (CSO) CIVIL
SOCIETY ORGANIZATION, Municipality of Polomolok. Attached as ANNEXES “ A1”to “A4”
4. July 1,2023 we started already our livelihood like bag making, sleepers, dish washing, patis
making and bag making. We have also CASH LOAN. our Association now is growing. Attached
as ANNEXES “Aa’ & “Ba”; “A”, “B”; “B1 to “B8”
5. As I file my candidacy last August 2023, I obey the rules of the COMELEC because I want to WIN
the election for the purpose to help the WOMEN’S, PWD, SINGLE MOM, and SENIORS and NOT
TO BUY THEIR VOTES BUT TO WIN BY THEIR HEARTS WITHOUT USING MONEY.
6. That the picture shows in the complained is an old picture post, but it was shared and re post.
7. That the 3rd picture is a monthly meeting, it was posted in Facebook on Sept.24,2023 monthly
meeting of BAGONG PAG-ASA OFW Family Circle at BOSS BARATS, Barangay Cannery Site,
Polomolok South Cotabato.

8. The reason why until now the BAGONG PAG-ASA OFW FAMILY CIRCLE is not accredited because
of the requirements of the PESO PODO is monthly meeting.
That the alleged pre mature campaigned last September 24,2023 wherein I attended a purely
monthly meeting of BAGONG PAG-ASA OFW FAMILY CIRCLE and we discussed everything like
our attendance, their
