IT IS HEREBY AGREED BETWEEN THE TWO PARTIES THAT:

In Consideration to the Company/ Business Partner Provider meeting the costs of the
Recruitment Process – HIRES are required to meet a minimum of ( 120 days ) Commitment Period to its
Employer TELEPERFORMANCE and is thereby not permitted to render or incur :

AWOL ( Absence without Leave ), Immediate Resignations, Absences leading to Termination within the
120 working days from the first day of training as this period is considered to be the most critical part of
training.

To the extent permitted by the law ; the HIRE whose name appears above and whose documents will be
attached accordingly to this agreement, the hire agrees that the AUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROVIDER
/ BUSINESS PROVIDER will impose an attrition fee of seven thousand pesos to the hire for any breach of
this agreement and this will be payable to the BUSINESS PARTNER/ PROVIDER within 1 MONTH ONLY
from HIRE’S RESIGNATION, AWOL and BREACH OF CONTRACT before reaching the HUNDRETH DAY
to compensate for the COMPANY’S LOSS brought about by this action.
