business into Contractual manpower services, which is emerged to offer exclusive and
professional valued Manpower services, Head-hunting, Security & Labor services and Mass

Terms and Conditions:

 Requirement should be given through mail with the proper details
according to the requirements of the company.

 The HR department of the respective client must to be forward a

confirmation on the candidate joining date along with the remuneration.

 We shall raise the invoice within 7 days from the date of joining of a
candidate and client has to make the payment within 15 days from the
date of receipt of invoice.

 Our professional fee per candidate is 7% + GST on the annual CTC.

 In case a candidate leaves the organization (on his/her own) within 60 days
of joining, a free replacement would be provided by us.

An official acceptance mail/letter by appropriate authority making the decision on

behalf of the company of all the mentioned terms and conditions will constitute a
valid contract between the client and company.
