Human greed is identified as the one thing the author would most like to change about the world. Greed is defined as an excessive desire for wealth and resources that blinds people from realities like pollution and global warming. It is argued to be at the core of many of the world's largest problems, such as wars which arise from leaders' greed for power and territory. While acknowledging that greed may never be fully changed, the author urges rethinking perceptions of greed and focusing more on kindness, caring for others, and building relationships rather than oneself. Changes should be made to bring peace and harmony rather than fears.

Topic :- The one positive change I would like to see in the
World - in 500 words – MS Word
There are many things that should be changed about the
world. There should be less emphasis on grades. There should be education, housing, healthcare for all. There should be better treatment of animals. There should be more openness towards ideas that conflict our own. We should end global warming, wars, racism, pollution, poverty and many more. Those are all that many people would change about the world but I want everyone to think bigger.
Why are there so many problems in our world today ?
It's because of “ Human greed ”. If I could change one thing about the world, I would eliminate human greed. ‘ Greed ’ is an extreme or excessive desire for resources, especially for property such as money, real estate, or other symbols of wealth. Here we run into two problems: defining excessive, and defining wealth, especially in terms of human psychology. Human greed is at the core of most of our world's biggest problems. ‘ Greed ’ is like a newborn seed that grows into a poisonous vine, eventually dominating the human soul like an infectious disease, spreading to every corner of society. Ultimately, blinding us from the truth.
We refused to see the repercussions of pollution. Our
greed blinded us from this reality. Global warming exists because of our greed. We were greedy and wanted more goods so we built more factories. We saw coal as a cheap and effective energy source therefore our factories started using coal which creates pollution. Pollution in turn causes global warming. The same goes for war. Leaders of countries are greedy and want more for their countries, from that greed arises war. Instead of being greedy, we should all be more kind and caring towards others.
We are all greedy and that is
something that might never be changed. ‘ Greed ’ is at the center of most of our world’s biggest problems like global warming, wars. That is why I urge all to rethink their perception of greed. ‘ Greed ’ isn't a good thing. Being kind and caring about others. When we extend kindness, people tend to want to be in a relationship with us. Relationships are like your comfort food, when you feel sad, they cheer us up. We all should love something other than ourselves. So, let us build more relationships with others, let's make someone else's day better instead of focusing on ourselves. Instead of facing the world with fears making a change that will right for us and others is the act of a good man. So, we should always be bold enough to bring in new changes in the world. A change we initiate should bring peace and harmony to the world. So, we should not be greedy and ,
