    Meeting Discussion

    1. Extension head, Nancy S. Doloriel presented the comprehensive Extension Budget


    for the year 2024, which includes the allocation of funds to various colleges with in
    the institution. Also emphasized that all extension funds utilization are proposal
    based.

    2. Extension activity for the next year-


     Bench Marking, Visayas Area (Tacloban, Leyte, Bay-bay), 2 representative per
    department/college
     Attend conference of PAIPE next year
