‭1.‬ ‭Margins of all pages are 1‬‭1/2‬‭at the left and 1 inch‬‭at the right side.‬
‭2.‬ ‭Official font Style ARIAL, font size is 12.‬
‭3.‬ ‭Pages with major headings (e.g., first page of each chapter, list of figures,‬
‭acknowledgements, appendix, etc.) must start 1 inch from the top page.‬
‭4.‬ ‭All pages in the body, except the first page of the text, have page numbers that‬
‭are right side at the top1, margins maintained and same size and font as the text.‬
‭5.‬ ‭Main chapter headings are centered and in all capital letters. Throughout the‬
‭thesis, lower hierarchy headings are formatted.‬
‭6.‬ ‭Within a chapter, texts fill all pages. Observe correct placement of tables and‬
‭figures. No cutting of tables.‬
‭7.‬ ‭No heading appears at the bottom of a page unless at least two lines of text‬
‭accompanying it.‬
‭8.‬ ‭No text of only one line appears alone at the top of any page or on the last page‬
‭of the chapter.‬
‭9.‬ ‭Two spaces appear after periods between sentences and after a colon body of‬
‭text should be justified.‬

‭placed immediately after the page on which the first mention is made.‬

‭margin at the binding edge (i.e., the top of table or figure in landscape‬
‭orientation).‬
‭8.‬ ‭Tables limit use of those that are necessary for clarity, and use horizontal rather‬
‭than vertical rules.‬
