Job Responsibilities:
 Responsible for entire recruitment life-cycle: Sourcing candidates through various avenues-
database, job sites, Employee Referrals.
 Getting and understanding the requirements from Clients
 Prescreening/short-listing the qualitative profiles shared by the team according to the given

 Interviewing the candidates on the basis of skill sets, Experience, Location and Salary
