Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for entire recruitment life-cycle: Sourcing candidates through various avenues-
database, job sites, Employee Referrals.
Getting and understanding the requirements from Clients
Prescreening/short-listing the qualitative profiles shared by the team according to the given
requirement.
Interviewing the candidates on the basis of skill sets, Experience, Location and Salary
negotiation.
Involved in scheduling telephonic and personal interviews for the candidates and coordinating
on the same.
Responsible for coordination of the interviews with the clients, Candidates and also arranging
for it.
Supporting to client-side coordination for weekend drives
Organizing and handling scheduled weekend recruitment drives and conducting Walk-in
Interviews.
Getting the feedback from the clients and following up the selected candidates till closure.
Following-up with the candidates to keep them warm and convincing the candidates on the
respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm.
Maintaining the recruitment database by tracking all resumes sourced, screened, scheduled and
interviewed.
Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports and updates to senior management
Co-ordinate with the candidates regarding the interviews scheduled and updates the managers
accordingly and places the candidates in the projects as soon as possible.
Updating the candidate details in client portals like Procure wise, Grey HR.
