Parent Teacher Meeting

Session 2018-19

Dear Parents,

The 2nd Parent Teacher Meeting will be held on Saturday, 10th November, 2018. Kindly note the
timings for the PTM for each section:

 Early Years- 8:00 am to 9:30 am

 Primary Section- 10:30 am to 12:30 am
 Senior Section- 9:30 am to 11:00 am
In order for a successful collaboration we would like your cooperation in following the
communication protocol that will help in making our meeting even more successful.

 Please refrain from taking more than 7 minutes of the meeting time with the teacher.
 Don't let this be the only time you talk to your child's teacher.
 If you feel there are some issues that need to be discussed in detail set up means of
communication by e-mail, notes passed through homework diary, or after school
appointments.
 Parents are requested to attend this meeting without children so that they can pay
undivided attention.
 In order to avoid confusion, we will be distributing token numbers to each parent. Parents
will have to wait till the others have finished their turn.
