AFFIDAVIT OF ROAD RIGHT OF WAY

We, SHERWIN B. BITANGA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and resident
of Libag Norte, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan DANIEL S. BITANGA JR., of legal age,
Filipino citizen, married and resident of Cataggaman Nuevo, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan,
JUDE L. GUIYAB & RUTH L. GUIYAB both of legal age, Filipino citizen, both single
and both resident of LibaTagga, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, and ABIGAIL BITANGA
ESCALANTE of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and resident of Libag Norte,
Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, after being duly sworn to law, hereby depose and say:

1. That We are the co owners of portions of land located at Libag Norte,

Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, and still duly covered under TCT No. T-179673
described as ff:
Lots 2942-A-1, containing an area of One Hundred Fourty (140) SQ.M.
Lots 2942-A-2, containing an area of One Hundred (100) SQ.M.
Lots 2942-A-3, containing an area of One Hundred Ninety Eight (198) SQ.M.
Lots 2942-A-4, containing an area of One Hundred (100) SQ.M.
2. That a portion of 2.50 meters wide is allotted as road right of way as
indicated on the Subdivision Plan prepared by the Geodetic Engineer to serve
as ingress and egress of the above mentioned property.

3. That We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and veracity
of all the foregoing statements and for all legal intents and purposes.
