•Objective and Key result (OKR)
is used to track progress as
teams move towards achieving
objectives that alignment with
the entire organization.

• The main usage to connect the


company to teams to personal
objective measurable results.

BRIEF HISTORY OF OKR


When Peter Drucker invented MBO in 1967s had
mentioned OKR in different concept than it is right now.
In 1968s Andy Grove co-founded Intel and while CEO at
Intel he developed MBO into the model of OKR which we
use today.
In 1974s John Doerr joined Intel and learned OKR during
his time there.
1999s Doerr introduced OKR to Google’s founders,
Larry Page and Sergey Brin, who implemented OKR at
Google, which still uses it today.

member of the organization goes alignment with
organization strategies.

monthly, and quarterly.
Performance review on workers and improve their

communicate and execute strategy in understandable way
to everyone.

quantifiable.
Achievable.
Lead to objective grading.
It could be difficult, but not impossible.

Every objective you have, there are about 3 to 5 key


results, each key has indictor on 0-100% ; as you
complete key result, you feed the main objective.

weekly report for weekly activity.
# The Aim of weekly planning to answer 3 Questions:
What plan did you achieve this week?
What challenge did you face this week?
What is your plan for next week?
# weekly planning perfect by:
discussion for 10 min in the beginning of the week.
Discussion for 10 min the end of the week.
Write down 3-7 plan to work in to achieve weekly plan.

daily activities and how much effect on objectives.
