The attention of the holder of this licence is drawn to rule 3 of CMV Rules, 1989 which
prohibits him from driving any motor vehicle unless he has besides him a person duly
licenced to drive the vehicle and in every case , the vehicle carries "L" plates both in
front
Note: and in the rear of the vehicle.
(1) As per section 4(1) of Motor Vehicle Act 1988, the holder of this license is allowed ONLY to drive a
motor cycle with engine capacity not exceeding 50cc, in a public place.
(2) At the time of Permanent Driving License, the holder of this license has to compulsory bring a
motor cycle with engine capacity not exceeding 50cc for driving skill test.
