Teenagers are heavily addicted to social media platforms. While social media allows teens to connect and learn new information easily, it can also have negative impacts. Around 92% of teenagers spend 10 or more hours per day on social media, which affects their schedules and ability to study, sleep, and do outdoor activities. The constant social media use can lead to issues like cyberbullying, sexting, online pressure, depression, and anxiety. Some studies have shown that over 300 teenage suicides each year may be linked to social media addiction and reliance. Parents need to pay closer attention to their children's social media use to help address these issues.

platform where all age group relies on from small children to their grandparents in todays world but i am here to talk about teenagers a age of stubborness where they want to think of there own. A very good morning to all my friends present here I Purbi Bhattacharya of class 12 E is going to speak on the topic teens on social media . The title itself says it all stubborn teens with a addicting platform . This social media has great impact on teenagers brain in a good and also bad way it has its own pros and cons . Lets talk abt pros first teenagees nowadays feel connected through social media its help them to communicate in easy way as an introvert turns to extrovert in social media .second its helps them to gain knowledge , information abt the world, things goingon and learn new things for being competative.we also know that the recent case of manali was first seen on social media only and not on national television it helped people to know abt this case as early as possible.now if we talk abt cons first thing firsts its a drug like addiction to teenagers and parents are trying realy hard to be in this digital world almost 92% of teenagers are addicted to them the first 52% are using 10 hours or more per day and rest 40% are using constantlyy. This then affects their schedule of studying, sleep, outdoor activities.teenagers just do whatver they want in social media in this it can lead to cyber bullying, sexting, online pressure and all things .this all lead to depression and anxiety attacks which is bad at this age of 15 to 16 .if we see the suicides rates of teenagers now are caused by social media abt 300 or more than that died just they were so reliable to this networking .atlast but not the least parents should pay more attention to their child on social and handle them as most parents are really busy in working and not caring for their child . THANK YOU
