I am pleased to announce the nominees for the 2023 ASPRIRE Awards. This year, over 100
associates were nominated by peers, colleagues, supervisors, or project partners. The ASPRIE
Awards are split up into four categories: Distinguished Achievement Award, Outstanding
Leadership Award, Excellence in Execution Award, and Excellence in Partnership Award. These
nominees are individuals who fully embody the ASPIRE values of Achievement, Stewardship,
Partnership, Integrity, Responsiveness and Excellence.

Within the four categories we have 65 nominees for the Excellence in Execution award, 45
nominees for the Excellence in Partnership award, 19 nominees for the Distinguished
Achievement award, and 26 nominees for the Outstanding Leadership Award.

Your hard work does not go unnoticed and OneAmerica recognizes and appreciates your hard
