OneAmerica Holds ASPIRE Awards for Distinguished Associates

Over 140 associates receive nominations for their corporate achievements

Indianapolis - Oct. 2, 2023 - OneAmerica recognizes the esteemed accomplishments of its

associates through over 140 nominations for the coveted ASPIRE Awards.

“Our ASPIRE nominees lead by example and aid this company in reaching new heights.
OneAmerica could not have the good standing it holds today without the commitment and
dedication demonstrated by these associates,” said President Scott Davison.

In order to be nominated, associates must embody a respectable list of requirements including

the ASPIRE values. These values are considered the following:
- Achievement
- Stewardship
- Integrity
- Responsiveness
- Excellence

Upon demonstration of these qualities, nominees can be recognized for one of four available
awards. All nominations must be made by other OneAmerica associates or committees. These
awards are placed into four categories:
- Distinguished Achievement
- Outstanding Leadership
- Excellence in Execution
- Excellence in Partnership.

“This is expected to be a joyous celebration of hard work and important careers, while also
inspiring the next generation. Recognizing these associates is just the beginning,” added
Davison.

The winner of each category will receive the dignification of the award, along with a monetary
gift of $5,000. The event will take place at 7 p.m. on Nov. 12, in Butler University’s Clowes
Hall. An online attendance option will be offered for those who cannot make the trip.
