Hi valued customer,

Your PC has just had a rebuild and/or data transferred. Simply, this involves getting your data off,
removing your Operating system (OS), reinstalling an OS, then copying your data back. This service is a
bit extreme and is generally used as a last resort.

What’s next?

You will see inside the “Rnd read me” on the desktop, a folder called “Installed software list”. In this
folder you will see a file called “InstalledSoftwareList.htm” (ß control + click this link to open it). From
here you will see a list of all the software installed on your old system. Click on “show details” to see a
link to the software’s website where you will be able to download it again. For Microsoft office
(www.office.com) and other subscription based software’s you will have to go to their website and login
to install that.

Back in the “RnD read me” folder you will see a “Printers list”. In this folder you will see a few files one
called “PrintersList”, which lists all printers installed on your old system.

The other file will be the printer driver (this will be named differently depending on what printer you had
installed). Double click this file and follow the prompts to reinstall your printer.

You may also find the passwords stored in your browser, email passwords, product keys and WiFi
passwords.

As all ways please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any issues.

Regards

RnD Computers
