CHAPTER II

LITERATURE REVIEW

2.1 Theoretical Foundation

Explain in detail about your research topic along with the theoretical

foundation, followed with explanation about your variables (quantitative) or

phenomenon (qualitative).

2.1.1 Variable X1

Explain the conceptual definition for variable X1. Explain X1 indicators

and their definitions.

2.1.2 Variable X2

Explain the conceptual definition for variable X2. Explain X2 indicators

and their definitions.

2.1.3 Variable X3

Explain the conceptual definition for variable X3. Explain X3 indicators

and their definitions.

2.1.4 Variable Y

Explain the conceptual definition for variable Y. Explain Y indicators and

their definitions.

2.2 Summary of Recent Studies

Describe in summary at least 3 previous studies from journal articles that

relates with your research topic. All articles must come from reputable/accredited

international journal publishers, at least one of them are from emerald publisher.

The articles must be five years old or less. By the end of each previous study

summary, explain its relationship to your research topic.

2.3 Relationship between Variables

2.3.1 Relationship between Variable X1 to Variable Y

Based on your theoretical foundation and previous research, please explain

the relationship between variables (Hypothesis). Summarize points 2.1 and 2.2 for

each relationship between variables and add your logical reasoning to build your

hypothesis. Use the correct citation using APA Style (http://www.apastyle.org). It

is advisable to use citation generator such as Citefast (http://www.citefast.com) or

use MS-Word referencing features.

2.3.2 Relationship between Variable X2 to Variable Y

Based on your theoretical foundation and previous research, please explain

the relationship between variables (Hypothesis). Summarize points 2.1 and 2.2 for

each relationship between variables and add your logical reasoning to build your

hypothesis. Use the correct citation using APA Style (http://www.apastyle.org). It

is advisable to use citation generator such as Citefast (http://www.citefast.com) or

use MS-Word referencing features.

2.3.3 Relationship between Variable X3 to Variable Y

Based on your theoretical foundation and previous research, please explain

the relationship between variables (Hypothesis). Summarize points 2.1 and 2.2 for

each relationship between variables and add your logical reasoning to build your

hypothesis. Use the correct citation using APA Style (http://www.apastyle.org). It

is advisable to use citation generator such as Citefast (http://www.citefast.com) or

use MS-Word referencing features.

2.4 Conceptual Framework
Background
To change the way a picture fits in your document, click it and a button for layout options
appears next to it. When you work on a table, click where you want to add a row or a column,
and then click the plus sign. Reading is easier, too, in the new Reading view. You can collapse
parts of the document and focus on the text you want.

Problem Statement
1. Does Variable X1 has significant effect to Variable Y?
2. Does Variable X2 has significant effect to Variable Y?
3. Does Variable X3 has significant effect to Variable Y?

2.5 Model of Analysis

This model of analysis aims to determine whether there is influence

between independent variables to dependent variables. Based on the formulation

of the problem, research hypothesis and some previous research, then the model

of analysis in this study is illustrated as below:
