 Steps to Deliver Ayushman Card: Web Portal

Login into the Click on the Download Click on Deliver All Select State and
Web Portal and Delivery option State Ayushman Card ID Type

Card Delivered

Upload beneficiary’s Authenticate the beneficiary

Click on Submit photo holding (Finger Auth/ IRIS/ Face Select beneficiary
Ayushman Card Auth)
• Sign in to the portal using the registered mobile number
• Enter the OTP and click on Sign In
• Under the Download and Delivery option on the left side, click on Delivery All State Ayushman
Card
• Under Delivery Ayushman Card, select State from the drop-down list and enter the PMJAY ID
• Click on Get Details
• List of beneficiaries will appear on the screen, select the beneficiary from the list
• Tick the cards to be delivered under the Select column and click on the check box against the beneficiary
who came to collect the card under the Self column
• To authenticate the beneficiary, select one of the three options- Finger, IRIS and Face.
• For example- select Face
• In case of Face authentication, pair the device by opening PM-JAY Mobile Application and scanning
the barcode.
• Now scan the face of the beneficiary using the Ayushman Bharat PMJAY mobile application and verify
for authentication of the beneficiary.
• To update the Card Delivery status, upload the picture of the beneficiary holding their Ayushman Card.
• 2 methods by which photo can be uploaded are-
• Capture Photo: Capture the photo of the beneficiary using Ayushman Bharat PMJAY mobile
application
• Upload Photo: Upload the photo of the beneficiary by selecting the saved file from the system.
• Once the photo is uploaded, click on Submit.

To capture the photo, you need to click the picture of the beneficiary and submit it.

• Select the saved picture from the system and upload
