1 Ensure machine is in a safe & clean condition. ISOLATE before commencing work
2 Use SOS KIT, take Sample of Engine Oil. Ensure oil is at operating temperature.
3 Change Engine Oil Diesel Engine Oil 15W40. System holds 20 liters
4 Change Oil Filter 1 x VH156072190A - Add oil to filter before installation
5 Change Main Fuel Filter 1 x VH23390E0050 - Add fuel to filter before installation
6 Change Pre Fuel Filter 1 x YN21P01157R100 - Add fuel to filter before installation
7 Clean Pilot Line Filter 1 x YN50V00020F1
Check Fuel Lines For Leaks & Cracks, open drain valve under fuel tank to remove

9 Replace Inner Air Filter Element when you replce Outer 1 x YN11P00073S002
10 Replace Outer Air Filter Element (Clean 3 times & replace) 1 x YN11P00029S003
11 Check engine mounting bracket bolts
12 Check Fan Belts for wear and adjustment.
13 Check AC belt for wear and adjustment

21 Replace hydraulic oil (140 liters Hydraulic Oil 68) NOTE: Relieve pressure from tank
22 Check Hydraulic Cylinders and Lines for Leaks and Cracks
23 Clean Battery Box Compartment & check Battery Levels.
24 Check Fire Extinguisher for in date and correct pressure
25 Check Track Tensions
26 Lubricate Idler Hub
27 Check final drives and swing motor for correct oil level
28 Drain and replace swing motor oil (2.7 liters, 80‐90W Gear Oil)
