1. PURPOSE

1. To hack the floor slab opening dimension 1000mm x 250mm for new 33kV system inside Electrical Riser
Room from level 6 until level 16.

5. Work Planning and Schedule

REMARKS:

1. Hacking work will be start on night time from 6pm until 6am.
2. We will clear and disposal all the construction waste concurrently while hacking works in progress.
3. We do barricade the opening with safety barricade tape.
4. 5s housekeeping will be carry out at affected area.

7. Risk Assessment

Potential risk is very unlikely and negligible injuries.

8. Fallback Plan
- Stop the activity immediately if there is any surge/fire happened.
- Contact emergency number – 999
- Remove the new added cable tapping and resume the power
- If power tapping unsuccessful, escalate to PCS and ask for solution ASAP.
