How to get your worship ministry started on the program.
Starting anything new can be a challenge. But when it comes to the long term development of your worship ministry, it is a
priority. You may already have programs – WorshipTraining.com is designed to enhance the training you are already
giving.

1. First, get a Church Plan at WorshipTraining.com.

For less than the cost of sending one person to one worship conference this year, your whole church gets included. With
a Church Membership, the website is unlocked for your team to use WorshipTraining.com. After you register online, you
will receive an email explaining how each member of your entire worship ministry gets their own All Access Pass
privileges.

2. Second, gather your worship ministry together.

Now that you're ready to start, you'll need to gather your worship ministry to communicate the plan. Try this. "We have
purchased, for our church, a new WorshipTraining Program that we believe will strengthen every member of our worship
ministry. The way it works is this:"

1. "We all take a customized set of online worship courses throughout the year."
"We want to grow in our understanding of worship in a common way, together. We want to be on the same page
as a worship ministry. In this program, we will all take the same online seminars and courses. Some of these
courses have us study what worship is all about. Others have us read books, watch videos, listen to audios and
write out thoughts about who God is, what values should guide our worship life, and how we can personally grow
as worshippers. Some courses take only 30 minutes or less, and focus on our specific role in the worship ministry
of our church. Some take up to 4 weeks, like an online seminar. We read articles together, talk about our learning,
and do it all in a way that doesn't take up much time for anyone. It's like we're going to an online conference
together, only spread out over a few months."

2. "We keep track of our own courses."

"I'll be handing you a sheet that highlights the courses that best fit your role in our worship ministry. With this, you
can keep track of the courses you need to take, and manage your progress. You can either do it all in a few
months, or spread it out over a few years."

3. "I'll gather us together a few times this year to talk about how we're growing."
"We want this to be a group effort, or we wouldn't have paid to use the Program. But we know that everyone
works at different paces, and has a life outside of ministry obligations. So, you keep track of your own progress
and every once in a while, we meet to talk about what we're learning."

3. Choose the accountability level you desire.

You may want to keep close track of how everyone is doing in the Program. Or, you may just want to sit back, and see
what happens. No matter which direction you choose, learning will happen. You may also decide you want to actually run
some of the courses live in your church with the curriculum we provide. No matter how you want to run the courses, we've
made a way. Most courses can be run:
• As a Downloadable Worship Retreat (together)
• As a Downloadable Media Training Course (together)
• As Individual Sessions (indivduals picking and choosing from the media)
In other words, you can determine the way you want your team to do the courses. The key is, you get to choose how
much time and energy goes into this. We've put it all together in one, simple to use, online program for you.

You may want to ask someone else who cares deeply about training to coordinate this for your church. Find
